Terms and Conditions

Experience Siam Journeys operate under TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) license no. 13/01979 (CYC Group Bangkok).

Experience Siam books and schedules activities typically (but not necessarily) offered to long-stay travelers and visitors in Thailand and neighboring countries, with carefully selected service providers (including travel service websites, travel companies and vendors, organized tour providers, travel and airline agents, cruise operators, guides and Journey Assistants, etc.). These services may include accommodations (in hotels, apart-hotels, apartments, villas), transfer services, private/public transportation, car rental, course and activity operators, cultural performances, personal assistants/ concierges/and guides, restaurants, tourist sites, in Thailand and/or neighboring countries. The specific service providers in each case have sole responsibility for their respective services.

Experience Siam will assist Clients to plan, modify, and customize their long-stay Journeys.

Reservations of Journey elements (such as long-stay living arrangements and hotels, tour guides, concierge, courses and activities, guided tours, cultural performances, etc.) are subject to cancellation fees determined by the service providers in each case and by Experience Siam, which are also a function of the cancellation date. By registering for a Experience Siam program, participants confirm that they are aware of and agree to these terms. Experience Siam advises all participants to purchase travel cancellation insurance.

Experience Siam will assist Clients in submitting claims for refunds for services that were not provided or were inadequately provided or were not used by the Client (according to the applicable refund policy), and to assist in Clients’ communications.

a) The Client is obligated to inform Experience Siam of any personal special needs or restrictions (including medical conditions, dietary restrictions, required assistance, etc.).
b) Experience Siam will prepare a preliminary program for the Client, at the Client’s request, at no cost (“Preliminary Journey”).
c) Experience Siam and the service providers are not obligated to accept any booking for an entire long-stay program or any specific service, at Experience Siam discretion.
d) Hotels, suppliers, and service providers are only obligated to maintain reservations and provide services either upon payment or upon the commitment of payment. Until payment is made, all quoted reservations are considered pending, and the supplier or hotel is not obligated to fulfill them.
e) Experience Siam will inform the Client of the details of the payment terms, terms of participation, and cancellation terms f) their personal program, upon approval of your itinerary provided by your Journey Expert.
g) The Total Journey Cost is based on the costs known to Experience Siam at the time of its preparation of the Final Itinerary for the Client. The Journey, any element thereof, and the Total Journey Cost are subject to changes made by service providers, and/or events that are not in Experience Siam control (e.g., Covid-19 restrictions, political unrest, natural disasters, etc.). Experience Siam advises all participants to purchase travel insurance and cancellation insurance. Full Terms and Conditions will be sent to Clients on the basis of their final personalized Journey and its elements.
